Just a proper fit for short stay in Conwy with excellent value for money. Breakfast choice was impressive, especially the kippers which were the best I have ever tasted. Parking might be tricky, so plan to arrive early.

The hotel has plenty of charm and excellent staff that made for a lovely stay. The room was clean and spacious, but dining options felt limited with a high price tag. Free parking was a plus, though the noise from nearby pubs may disrupt light sleepers.

the staff was incredible, always friendly and helpful. our room was super comfy and had a great view of conwy castle. the food at dinner was really good and they even catered to our requests. loved how central...

Had a fab time chilling in our lovely room with that classic charm. The staff were super friendly, and we really enjoyed the Welsh cheese souffle at the bar. Just a bit noisy outside on Saturday night, but it’s right in the action, so what do ya expect?

I loved the charming décor throughout the hotel, particularly the beautiful dining area that exuded warmth and elegance. The accessible layout made it easy for me to navigate, and the staff were always ready to assist....

The food was excellent – we had dinner in the main restaurant, and it blew us away. And the room, man, full of character, even a dog bed included for our furry companion.

Staff were welcoming, but they could be more attentive during busy periods. the ambiance of the hotel made for a pleasant stay despite the few hiccups.
